MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
1. To qualify for a Still I Rise Scholars Scholarship, you must reside in subsidized housing in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill (RDU) area.
2. To apply for the Travis Moore Walk It Like I Talk It Scholarship, you must reside in Charlotte NC.
